摘要
目的:观察自拟黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果。方法:选取2014年3月~2016年1月于我院诊治的糖尿病周围神经病变共95例进行研究,将患者随机分为研究组(48例)与对照组(47例)。对照组行甲钴胺等常规西药治疗,研究组采用自拟黄芪桂枝五物汤合针灸、常规西药联合治疗。比较两组患者疗效、生化指标、症状评分以及神经传导速度变化情况。结果:研究组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为91.67%和74.47%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组的血生化指标(血清Hcy含量、血浆黏度)、总症状评分均较治疗前明显降低,而神经传导速度明显增快,且研究组各项指标较对照组改善更明显,具有显著统计学差异P<0.05)。结论自拟黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,患者血清Hcy含量减少,血浆黏度明显降低,神经传导速度加快,症状改善明显,疗效显著,有推广价值。
Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of Self-made Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods ： From March 2014 to January 2016, 95 cases with DPN in our hospital were enrolled in the study and were divided into study group （48 cases） and controlled group （47 cases）. The controlled group was treated with mecobalamin and other western medicines, while the study group was treated with Self-made Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and routine western medicines. The curative effect, the changes of biochemical indexes, symptom scores and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the controlled group （9l. 67% vs 72. 24% ） （P 〈 0. 05）. After 8 weeks of treatment, the blood biochemical indexes （ serum Hcy levels, plasma viscosity） and total symptom scores were signifi- cantly lower than those before treatment while the nerve conduction velocity was obviously increased, and the improvement in the study group was more obvious than that in the controlled group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of Self-made Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and acupuncture in treating patients with DPN can reduce serum Hcy levels and the plasma viscosity, ac- celerate nerve conduction velocity and significantly relieve clinical symptoms. The effect is remarkable.
