摘要
为进一步了解和掌握羊粪便对环境污染状况,本研究选取规模化羊场杜泊羊和小尾寒羊为试验对象,对其粪便中主要污染指标的季节性变化进行了分析。结果表明,不同季节粪便主要成分含量差异显著。其中,杜泊羊粪便中有机质、全磷、铜含量均为夏季最高,分别为90.21%、0.90%、43.20mg/kg;全氮含量秋季最高为2.44%;锌含量则表现为冬季最高,达到162.0mg/kg,均显著高于其他季节,所有指标均为春季最低。小尾寒羊粪便有机质、全氮、锌含量均为秋季最高,分别为90.11%、2.28%、203.9 mg/kg;夏季全磷、铜含量最高,分别为0.91%、49.32mg/kg;有机质、全氮和全磷均为春季最低,铜和锌含量均为冬季最低。2个品种羊粪中有机质、全氮、全磷、铜含量上无显著性差异(P>0.05);而小尾寒羊粪便锌含量比杜泊羊高17.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
In order to know the pollution situation of sheep dung to the environment,the seasonal variation of major pollution indicators in the feces of Dorper sheep and Small-tailed Han sheep were analyzed.The results show that the main component of feces had a significant seasonal variation.For Dorper's feces,they had the highest organic matter,total phosphorus,copper content in summer,respectively 90.21%,0.90%,43.20mg/kg;In autumn,the highest was total nitrogen content,which could increase up to 2.44%;The zinc content was the highest in winter,at 162.0mg/kg,which were significantly higher than other seasons;All these indexes were minimum in spring.For Small-tailed Han sheep,their feces contained organic matter,total nitrogen,zinc respectively 90.11%,2.28%,203.9mg/kg in autumn,which were the highest in whole year.In summer,total phosphorus,copper content was the highest,being 0.91%,49.32mg/kg,respectively.Organic matter,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were the lowest in spring.And the content of copper and zinc were the lowest in winter.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)for the content of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and copper for these two species' feces except Small-tailed Han sheep had a significant higher zinc content(17.7%)than Dorper's feces.
