摘要
养鸡业在我国畜牧生产中占有很重要的地位,但集约化养殖带来的污染严重影响其可持续发展。基于国内外对鸡舍臭味物质的研究,文章阐述了氨气、硫化氢和粪臭素的排放对鸡及人体的危害,进而指出源头减排的重要性。同时,从生化角度论述鸡舍臭味物质的来源,从而引出源头减排的措施。并在此基础上指出目前研究的不足,提出未来研究建议,以期指导生产实践。
Chicken industry plays an important role in animal husbandry production in China,but the pollution brought by intensive breeding seriously affects its sustainable development.Based on the research on the smelly substances of chicken house at home and abroad,this paper expounded the harm of ammonia gas,hydrogen sulfide and skatole to chicken and human,and then points out the importance of source emission reduction.At the same time,from the biochemical point of view,the paper discussed the sources of the smelly substances in the chicken house,so as to draw out the measures to reduce their emission.Based on the above,the deficiencies of the current research were found,and suggestions on the future research direction were put forward,so as to produce guiding significance for production.
