                    [目的/意义]旨在推进图书馆领导力创新发展。[方法/过程]阐述图书馆领导力和富有领导力图书馆的特征,讨论高校图书馆领导力、高校图书馆领导力的培训与开发。[结果/结论]通过职业培训、馆员学习、组建良好的组织架构等方式,可以推进高校图书馆领导力创新和持续发展。
                
                [Purpose/significance]The paper is to push innovation and development of library leadership.
