摘要
高职院校人才培养的关键之一在于构建科学合理的高职课程体系。强调创新创业教育的时代要求高职课程体系的构建以创业为导向、以能力为中心、突出课程的开放性与融合性。文章以电子商务专业为例,对该专业的岗位就业能力和创新创业核心能力进行了深入剖析和提炼,从创新创业理论教育的渗透、课程的项目化改造和重组、基于校园电商平台O2O模式创业实战等几个方面重构学习领域,由此构建成"专业基础课程模块——就业能力课程模块——创业能力课程模块"三大课程模块组成的层次化课程体系。并通过层次分析原理、变异系数法和Delphi方法,从单门课程设置的合理性和课程体系整体构建的合理性两个方面进行判断与分析,做出了构建课程体系评价模型的尝试。
One of the keys to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges is to build a scientific and rational curriculum system. Emphasizing the era of innovation and entrepreneurship education requirements of the construction of vocational curriculum system to entrepreneurship-oriented, ability-centered, highlighting the openness and integration of the curriculum. The article takes the e-commerce professional as an example, has carried on the thorough analysis and the refinement to this profession＇s job occupation ability and the innovation entrepreneurial core ability, from the infiltration of the innovation entrepreneurial theory education, the project＇s project transformation and reorganization, based on the campus electric business platform O2O mode Business practice and other aspects of the reconstruction of the field of learning, which built into a ＂professional basic curriculum module - employment ability curriculum module - entrepreneurial ability curriculum module＂ three curriculum modules composed of hierarchical curriculum system. And the method of AHP, the coefficient of variation and the Delphi method are used to judge and analyze the rationality of the single course and the rationality of the overall construction of the curriculum system, and try to construct the evaluation model of the curriculum system.
