摘要
为提高船用中压电器设备的绝缘可靠性,以船用中压真空接触器为研究对象,通过试验和仿真分析方法,针对接触器中电场薄弱环节进行了局部结构优化。从而使得接触器整体场强分布更为均匀,有效地改善了局部电场过于集中的情况,提高了绝缘性能、增加了绝缘裕量。
In order to improve the reliability of insulation of marine medium voltage electrical equipment, taking the marine medium voltage vacuum eontactor as the research object, through the experiment and the simulation analysis, the partial structure optimization of the electric field weak link in the contactor was carried out. The whole field intensity distribution of the contactor is more uniform when the local electric field is too concentrated, the insulation performance is improved, and the insulation margin is increased.
