摘要
研究了Er、Zr、B元素对耐热导电铝合金微观组织、耐热性和导电性能的影响。结果表明,Er与Al形成的共晶第二相Al_3Er,阻碍了晶界迁移和晶粒的长大,延缓再结晶现象的出现,因而合金的耐热性能有一定提升;B的加入使合金中的Zr由固溶态转变为析出态,以细小的板片状第二相粒子的形态存在于晶粒内部和晶界处,减少晶格畸变,改善基体的有序性,提升合金的导电性能。
Influences of Er,B and Zr addition on micro-structure and heat-resistance of the aluminum alloy were investiagted.The results reveal that addition of Er can generate secondary phase Al3Er with Al to restrict migration of grain boundaries and grain growth and delay the recrystallization,which are responsible for improving the hear resistance of the alloy.B can transform the Zr from a solid solution state to a precipitation state in form of tiny and plate-like ZrB2 existing in grain and grain boundaries to decrease lattice distortion and improve the matrix ordering.Thus,the electric conductivity of the Al alloy is enhanced.
