摘要
随着我国工业和科技的迅速发展,铝材需求量逐年递增,为了更好满足航空航天、海洋舰船、铝导线、医疗器械、特种装备等领域对新型高端铝合金材料的需求,稀土元素在变形铝合金的应用研究成为热点。本文作者主要综述了典型稀土元素在高端变形铝合金和铝导线中的作用,以及稀土元素在铝合金结构材料及铝导线的研究现状;同时,展望了含稀土的高端铝合金材料及铝导线的研究方向及发展趋势,为含稀土的高端铝合金的研究发展提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of Chinas industry and science and technology,the demand for aluminum materials is increasing year by year.In order to better meet the demand for new high-end wrought aluminum alloy materials in aerospace,marine ships,wire medical equipment,special equipment and other fields,the application of rare earth elements in wrought aluminum alloys has become a hot spot.This paper focuses on the action mechanism of typical rare earth elements in high-end wrought aluminum alloys and aluminum conductors,as well as the research status of rare earth in aluminum alloy structural materials and aluminum conductors.At the same time,the research direction and development trend of rare earth in high-end aluminum alloy materials and aluminum conductiors are prospected providing reference for the research and development of rare earth in high-end aluminum alloy products.
