摘要 风电消纳问题不仅是黑龙江省电网面临的主要问题,是我国乃至世界性的难题。文中从多个角度分析影响黑龙江省电网风电消纳能力的主要因素,并总结了国内外提高风电消纳能力的有效措施,以期对黑龙江省风电的健康发展有所借鉴。 Wind power consumptive issue is not only the main problem faced by the Heilongjiang provincial power grid, but also is the problem of Chinese and world wide. In this paper, the main factors affect the Heilongjiang provincial power grid wind power consump- tive capacity analysis from multiple angles and summarize the effective measures to enhance domestic and international wind power con- sumptive ability. It has great reference significance to the healthy development of wind power in Heilongjiang province.
