美国“电力非洲倡议”简析被引量：2

摘要 2013年6月,时任美国总统奥巴马在南非发布了"电力非洲倡议",该倡议突破了美国对非外交中对官方发展援助的高度依赖。2016年2月,该倡议正式通过立法程序。《电力非洲法案》的通过意味着其与《非洲增长与机遇法案》一起成为美国对非经济战略的两大支柱。
