摘要 由于就业要求以及升学压力,大学生自我提高意识的不断增强,越来越多的大学生参加到各种培训中。针对良莠不齐的培训机构,以黑龙江八一农垦大学为调查范围,基于培训机构形象、质量期望、质量感知、感知价值、顾客满意度、顾客忠诚度等6个潜在变量进行实证调查,并利用AMOS 21.0平台进行了结构方程模型的验证性分析,找出影响学生培训意愿的因素并找出各因素之间的制约关系。力求促成大学生与培训公司之间互利互惠的新局面,促进培训行业的发展。 Becanse of the requirements of employment and the pressure of college entrance examination,the college students' awareness of self improvement increased,more and more college students beganto participate in the various kinds of training.In the light of the phenomenon of uneven quality of the training institution,Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultual University wastookas the research area and investigated based on six potential variables,training institution image,quality expectation,quality perceived,perceived value, customer satisfactional and customer loyalty,and by using AMOS21.0 platform for the verification of the structural equation model analysis,find out the factors affecting students'desire to participate in train,and finally find out the relationship between the various factors.It would be contributed to a new situation of mutual benefit between the college students and the training company,promoted the development of the training industry.
