摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者血清B型利钠肽(BNP)浓度与COPD症状评估测试(CAT)评分的相关性,分析其临床意义。方法:选取COPD急性加重期患者45例,健康对照者23例,分别测定COPD患者急性加重期、稳定期及健康对照者血清BNP浓度与CAT评分及作相关分析。结果:COPD组患者急性加重期及稳定期血清BNP浓度与CAT评分均明显高于健康对照组(P均<0.01);COPD组患者急性加重期血清BNP浓度与CAT评分呈正相关(r=0.918,P<0.001)。结论:COPD急性加重期患者血清BNP浓度与CAT评分有显著相关性,两者结合对判定COPD急性加重期患者病情严重程度有一定的临床意义。
Objective： To investigate the relationships between plasma B type natriuretic peplide and chronic obstructive pnlmonary disease （COPD） assessment test score in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD;To analyze its clinical significance. Methods： Forty-five patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and 23 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study, To separately measured level of plasma B type natriuretic pep- lide,COPD assessment test score and make correlation analysis in acute exacerbation and stabilization with COPD and healthy controls. Results ： The levels of plasma B type natriuretic peplide and COPD assessment test score from patients with acute exacerbation and stabilization of COPD were higher than that in healthy control group（ both P 〈0. 01 ）, Analysis results indicated that plasma B type natriuretic peplide was positively correla- ted with COPD assessment test score （r =0. 918, P 〈0. 001 ） in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD be- fore treatment. Conclusion： Among patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, plasma B type natriuretic pep- lide were found significantly correlates with COPD assessment test score, and combination of them had certain clinical significance in determining severity of the acute exacerbation of COPD.
