发电厂集中空调系统三维设计应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前暖通专业在发电工程三维设计中只能做到依据二维平面图纸建立三维模型来满足其他专业碰撞检查的需要,但并未参与到施工图设计中的情况,以国内某发电厂工程(2×600 MW)集中控制楼空调系统为对象,进行了HVAC管道的施工图三维设计应用研究。研究结果表明:应用PDMS三维设计软件可以快速生成HVAC管道系统图,并且自动生成数据准确的HVAC管道材料表;如果HVAC管道模型改动,可以自动更新三维设计图纸。发电厂暖通专业进行三维设计可以进行碰撞检查,对于提高设计质量和效率也是有益的。 At present, the HVAC sector can only build a three-dimensional model based on the two- dimensional drawing during the three-dimensional design of power engineering to ensure the conflict inspection by other sectors, but not involved in the construction drawing details design. Carries out an application research on three-dimensional design of HVAC pipe diagram, taking an air conditioning system in central control building of power plant engineering project (2 x 600 MW) for example. The results show that the HVAC piping diagram can be quickly created, and the accurate bills of materials can be automatically generated by three-dimensional design software. If the HVAC pipe model changes, the three-dimensional design drawings will automatically update. The use of three-dimensional design of HVAC sector in power plant can also check the conflict, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of the design.
