摘要
BIM技术是近年来逐步普及的一种基于三维建筑模型的信息集成和管理技术。该技术在建筑工程设计和施工管理阶段应用较为成熟,尤其是对于一些规模较大体型复杂的建筑工程的成功应用,引起人们对BIM技术的重视。开展BIM技术在建筑工程全寿命周期的研究,可进一步发挥BIM技术的优势,完善建筑工程全过程管理的信息共享、协同管理以及项目建成后的运营管理集成度。
BIM technology is a kind of information integration and management technology based on 3D building model.The technology is more mature in the application of building engineering design and construction management phase,and the successful application for some large scale complex building projects,the BIM technology has attracted people’s attention.Research on BIM technology in the whole life cycle of construction Engineering, can better play the advantages of BIM technology,improve the information sharing and collaborative management of the whole process management of construction project, and the integration of operation management.
