The errors or non-correspondence can not be simply attributed to the problem of translation quality between the introduction text of intangible cultural heritage(ICH) and its related translations. This paper starts from the perspective of Mona Baker' s frame theory to analyze the narrative frames between source texts and target texts, translation strategies and the concept of value, thinking system and power discourse behind the frame. The analysis shows that mainstream discourse, value orientation of the translator and its agent and the intention of the translator affect the establishment and reconstruction of the narrative framework of ICH products. It also points out that the translation and source text form a context of mutual interpretation in an objective way to promote the acceptance and dissemination of ICH texts.
