摘要
目的为实现医疗机构与国家传染病报告系统的信息交换,探索智能平台直报模式在传染病报告中的应用。方法通过基础设施建设、交换接口标准等研究和各相关机构改造运行方案的实施,从硬件和软件两个方面推进智能直报模式的建设。结果通过平台逐层推进的方式,完成从医疗机构至国家传染病报告系统的智能直报系统建设,截至2016年8月的运行结果显示,上报成功率和信息一致率均为100%。结论该系统对传染病智能直报模式的实践在满足业务需要的基础上,极大减少了以往报告模式的工作量,有效杜绝了传染病的漏报、迟报等问题。
Objective To explore intelligent direct reporting mode to achieve infectious diseases report for implementing information exchange between medical institutions and national infectious disease reporting system. Methods The construction of intelligent direct reporting patterns was promoted from both hardware and software aspects through the implementation of infrastructure, research and exchange of interface standards relevant agencies run reconstruction programs. Results Infectious disease reporting system of intelligent for system construction from medical institutions to the country was completed through pushing step by step. As of August 2016 operating results showed that the success rate of reporting and information consistent rate were 100%. Conclusion The system meets the smart direct reporting model of infectious diseases needs, reducing the workload of the previous reporting mode, effectively solving the omission and delaying of infectious diseases report issues.
