基于HPLC和模式识别方法的福建水仙茶产地判别分析 被引量:10

Discriminant analysis of Fujian Shuixian tea based on HPLC and pattern recognition method

摘要 采用HPLC法分析了武夷水仙茶、建阳水仙茶、建瓯水仙茶和永春水仙茶等170个茶样的儿茶素组分以及生物碱组分,运用PCA、FDA、KNN以及PLS-DA方法进行判别分析.结果表明:武夷水仙茶、建阳水仙茶、建瓯水仙茶的生物碱总量以及酯型儿茶素中没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(GCG)显著高于永春水仙茶,其他酯型儿茶素、简单儿茶素中的表儿茶素(EC)以及表没食子儿茶素(EGC)低于永春水仙茶;在基于儿茶素及生物碱组分对不同产地的判别区分中,FDA判别模型效果最好,武夷水仙茶、建阳水仙茶、建瓯水仙茶、永春水仙茶的正确判别率分别为96.0%、100%、100%、100%,总样品的判别准确率达到98.8%,准确率较高.说明采用FDA建立的儿茶素组分以及生物碱组分判别模型具有较好的实际预测效果和应用价值,可实现对福建水仙茶产地的高准确率识别. In order to distinguish different places of origin of Shuixian tea, catechins and alkaloid contents of 170 tea samples, including Wuyi Shuixian, Jianyang Shuixian, Jianou Shuixian and Yongchun Shuixian, were analyzed by HPLC. Simultaneously, discriminant analysis was performed using PCA, FDA, KNN and PLS-DA methods. The results showed that total alkaloids and ester-type catechin in the gallocatechin gallate(GCG)of Wuyi Shuixian, Jianyang Shuixianand Jianou Shuixian catechins were significantly higher than those in Yongchun Shuixian, while other ester catechins, simple tea catechin epicatechin(EC), and table epigallocatechin(EGC)were lower than those in Yongchun Shuixian. FDA discriminant model proved to be the best model for analysis based on catechins and alkaloid contents, with correct discrimination rates of Wuyi Shuixian, Jianyang Shuixian, Jianou Shuixian and Yongchun Shuixian being 96.0%, 100%, 100% and 100% respectively and accuracy being 98.8%. To summarize, FDA discriminative model based on catechins and alkaloid contents is highly applicable to identify place of origin with high accuracy.
