摘要
科学合理的创业能力培养机制是提升大学生群体创业能力的有效保障。根据大学生创业能力多维构成的特点,决定了创业能力培养的影响因素众多,归纳为个体创业素质、高校创业教育和社会环境影响等三个层面的影响因素,三个层面分别通过各自的运行机制对创业能力的形成和发展产生影响。通过实证分析,发现个体创业素质养成机制、高校创业教育机制和社会环境影响机制均对创业能力产生正向影响,但各机制对创业能力各维度产生作用大小不同。依据实证结果三层面机制的不同侧重点和不同影响度,分析三方面机制在当前我国大学生创业能力培养过程中实际运用情况,找出存在的问题,并提出对各个培养机制加以充分利用的建议。
Tthe scientific mechanism of cultivating business-launch capability is an efficient security to raise college-student community＇s capability in that aspect. Featured by university ＇business-launch capabilty multiple composition, cultivating business-launch capability is due to many factors, covering individual quality, college education, which takes effect on the formation and development of business -launch capability from their separate operating mechanism. Through empirical analysis, we have found that the mechanism of cultivating individual business-launch quality, mechanism of business-launch education offered by institutions of higher education and influencing mechanism of social setting takes positive effects on business-launch capability but different mechanisms at different dimensions take different effect. According to different emphasis and different effect at three-dimension emchanism, as empirical findings, we analyses the actual application of triple mechanism in our current college students＇ business-launch capability cultivation, pick out problems and put a suggestion on how to make a full use of cultivating mechanisms.
