摘要
鸭坦布苏病毒病(Ducks Tembusu virus disease)是由鸭坦布苏病毒(Duck Tembusu virus,DTMUV)引起并以鸭产蛋下降为特征的的一种急性、烈性传染病,该病在我国的流行对我国养鸭业造成了重大经济损失。本文从从临床和实验室诊断对该病行了总结,并将其与相似病症进行比较,以期为该病的综合诊断提供参考。并且从生物安全预防、疫苗预防和治疗措施等方面对该病进行了概述,有助于鸭坦布苏病毒及防治鸭坦布苏病毒病的进一步研究。
Ducks Tembusu virus disease is an acute and potent infectious disease causing by duck Tembusu virus, which is characterized by the decreasing of egg production. The prevalence of the disease has brought significant economic losses to China＇s duck industry. In this paper, the disease was summarized from clinical and laboratory diagnosis, and the disease was compared with other similar illness, aiming at providing a reference for the comprehensive diagnosis of the disease. And ducks Tembusu virus disease was outlined from biosecurity prevention, vaccine prevention and treatment, which was helpful for the further study on duck Tembusu virus and prevention and treatment of the disease.
