摘要
Quora作为一款比较受欢迎的问答平台,一直在从自身的各个方面提升服务质量,其推出的一种Answer Wiki的回答机制让笔者对于Quora中关于答案聚合的问题产生了兴趣。文章从信息聚合的方式入手,对信息聚合的方式进行了分类汇总,并将Quora中的答案聚合种类进行了梳理。另外,笔者还以调查问卷的形式分析了聚合答案相较于普通答案的优势,并对聚合答案的优化提出了相应的建议。
As a popular Q＆A platform, Quora has been improving itself in every aspect to meet users＇ need. One function it launched called Answer Wiki makes the authors want to do some research about answer aggregation. This paper started with information aggregation, classified the different ways of information aggregation and then illustrated the answer aggregation in Quora to compare them with common answers. Based on the previous studies, the authors gave some suggestions on improving the quality of aggregated answers.
