摘要
顶岗实习是中职学校人才培养关键环节之一,对中职教育质量的生成具有决定性作用。运用DEMATEL分析法,基于政府、企业、学校和学生4个视角,确定了影响顶岗实习质量的主要因素,分析了各因素的影响度、被影响度、原因度和中心度,提出了中职学生顶岗实习质量的保障原则、保障内容与保障机制。
Post practice, as one of the most important stages in the talent cultivation process in secondary vocational school, plays a decisive role on the quality generation of secondary vocational education. Using the DEMATEL methed, the key factors which influence the post practice quality were determined in term of four aspects including government, enterprise, schools and students. The influence degree, influenced degree, reason degree and centrality？ degree of each factor was analyzed. The principles, contents and mechanism of quality guarantee in post practice quality for secondary vocational students were also proposed.
