规模化猪场臭气减排的营养和饲养技术研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 我国规模化养猪业产生的臭气污染日趋严重,营养技术和饲养技术是控制臭气排放的重要途径。论文在综合大量文献的基础上,结合生产实际,分析了臭气的成分、产生的原因,介绍了猪场臭气产生与发酵类型,提出了减排肠道臭气的饲料添加剂以及减少舍内及猪场臭气的饲养管理方法,并对营养技术与饲养方法配合除臭技术进行了展望,旨在为规模化猪场臭气减排提供理论参考。 Odour pollution caused by large-scale pig farms has become increasingly serious in our coun-try, nutrition and feeding technologies are significant methods of controlling odour emissions. On the basis of comprehensive literature and production practices, the composition and causes of the odour were ana-lyzed, the production of odour in pig farms and fermentation types were introduced, feed additives to re-duce intestinal stink and feeding technologies to decrease odour emissions inside and outside hog house were concluded, and combining nutrition and feeding technology to reduce odour were prospected. The purpose of the paper was to provide theoretical basis for large-scale pig farms to reduce odour.
