摘要
目的探讨医护联合查房在精神科临床应用的效果。方法选取我科自2015年6月~2016年5月住院患者,患者月床平均数累计共1075例进行研究。对新入院患者、重点、难点患者开展医护联合查房,就开展前后6个月,采用优质护理患者满意度调查表、病房意外事件发生率调查表,以及自制家属满意度调查表和护士自身工作满意度调查表4项指标进行比较。结果医护联合查房开展后,提高了患者及家属的满意度,提高了护士自我工作满意度,降低了科室意外事件发生率。开展前后对照比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护联合查房更有利于医、护、患三方沟通,促进了"交流-协作-互补"型医护关系建立,提高了患者及家属满意度,减少了意外事件发生,提升了护士自我价值感,增加了科室团队凝聚力。
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative physician-nurse rounds implemented in psychiatric ward＇s. Methods A total of 1075 patients in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016were enrolled,and the average number of patients was calculated.For the newly admitted patients,the key and difficult patients,health care joint rounds was carried out.6 months before and after the method,the use of quality care patients satisfaction questionnalre,ward accident incidence survey,as well as homemade family satisfaction questionnaire and nurses themselves satisfaction survey table 4 indicators were compared. Results After implementation of collaborative physician-nurse rounds,satisfaction of patients,family member and nurses were improved.Incidence of accidents was decreased.The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Collaborative physician- nurse rounds facilitates to communications among physicians,nurses,and patients,promotes physician-nurse relationship of ＂communication-cooperation-complementation＂ type,improves the satisfaction of patients and family members,reducing accident incidence,and enhances self-value of nurses and internal cohesion in department.
