摘要
如何合理地选择刀具材料是一个具有多因素、多对象的决策问题。通常决策者选择刀具材料时都是依据自身经验做出判断,但结果较为模糊。因此提出一种将模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)运用在刀具材料选择上确定最佳方案的方法。根据工厂的实际要求,结合模糊层次分析法的理论,计算出4种可供选择材料的综合得分值,由得分值的排序确定出最佳材料,同时也验证了模糊层次分析法对刀具材料选择的可行性。
Howto choice the optimal tool material is a multi-factor and multi-object decision-making problem. Usually the decision makers to choose the tool material is based on their own experience to make a judgment so that the results are vague. Therefore this paper proposes a method to determine the optimum scheme based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP) for choosing tool material. According to the actual requirements of the factory,and combined with the theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive score of four kinds of materials can be calculated to determine which the best material is. Meanwhile the feasibility of FAHP on choosing tool material is verified.
