摘要
为应对房地产市场形势,解决低收入人群的住房困难问题,国家通过政策和资金的支持,加大了安居工程建设力度。安居工程项目为避免政府资金浪费和损失,执行全过程造价管理显得尤为重要。本文采用FAHP(模糊层次分析法),仅从安居工程的角度出发,研究影响安居工程全过程造价管理的因素,系统的分析不同阶段影响因素之间的关联性,通过数理运算的方法来确定各影响因素的权重,根据权重大小对安居工程全过程造价管理影响因素及对策进行分析,为提高安居工程全过程造价管理水平提供了参考。
In order to cope with the real estate market situation and solve the housing difficulties of low-income groups,the state has increased the construction of housing projects through the support of policies and funds.In order to avoid the waste and loss of government funds for housing projects,it is particularly important to implement the whole-process cost management.Using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,only from the perspective of housing project,This article studies the factors that affect the whole process cost management of housing project,systematically analyzes the correlation between the influencing factors at different stages,and determines the impact of each factor by mathematical operations.The influencing factors and countermeasures of the whole-process cost management of the housing project are analyzed according to the weight,which provide a reference for improving the whole-process cost management level of the housing project.
