摘要
介绍了混凝土运输通道中大坡度临时钢栈桥的设计,通过对落地斜撑与跨中斜撑两种方案进行比选,纵梁跨中增加斜撑方案对整体结构稳定性最为有利,并减少了混凝土条形基础施工,优化了钢栈桥施工工序。通过对钢栈桥整体模型进行稳定性分析,弥补利用单根构件稳定性代表整体结构稳定性的不足,保证了钢栈桥的强度、刚度及稳定性。
This paper introduced the design of temporary steel trestle with large slope in concrete transport channel, based on the scheme comparison between landing bracing and mid-span bracing, the scheme of increasing diagonal bracing in the mid-span of the stringer was proved to be the most favorable for the overall structure stability, reduced concrete strip foun- dation construction, and optimized the construction process of steel trestle. By analyzing the stability of the whole model of the steel trestle, it could make up the defect of using single component stability instead of the overall stability of the struc- ture, thus ensured the rigidity and stability of steel trestle.
