摘要
采用钢栈桥方案上跨既有建(构)筑物,尤其是跨越重要能源、电力及供水管线,不仅可以保证重载车辆的安全通行和管线的安全运行,且钢栈桥具有安装方便、自重轻、施工周期短、成本低、材料可循环利用等优点.本文通过对主要用钢管柱、型钢梁、贝雷片及桥面钢板等材料组合而成的某铁路工程临时便桥跨天然气管道跨度、结构形式、各构件受力状态等方面进行详细验算和分析,明确了跨越天然气管道通行重载车辆钢栈桥的整体模型及细部构造,保证了天然气管道的安全运行和栈桥的正常使用,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考.
By using steel trestle scheme to span existing structures,especially across important energy,electricity and water supply lines,it not only ensures the safe passage of heavy-haul vehicles and the safe operation of pipelines,but also has the advantages of convenient installation,light weight,short construction period,low cost and recyclable materials and so on.In this paper,a detailed caleulation was carried out in the aspects of the span,structural style,stress sate of the temporary bridge assembled by steel pipe column,section steel beam,Bailey sheet and deck steel plate etc.,the whole model and detail structure of the steel trestle were defined,so as to ensure the safe operation of gas pipeline and the normal use of the trestle bridge,which could provide reference for similar projects.
