摘要
探讨穴位深浅的内涵。查阅古今文献,发现不同文献所记载的相同穴位的针刺深浅存在着很大的差异,且导致这种差异的因素是多方面的。据此提出穴位深度的概念,探讨穴位深浅的内涵、影响穴位深浅的因素、穴位的现代解剖结构及以此为基础的穴位分类,以期为适宜的针刺深度提供理论依据,进一步指导临床针刺。
This paper discussed the connotation of the depth of acupoints.Through reviewing the ancient and modern literatures,the author found that there were great differences on the depth of acupuncture at the same acupoints in different documents.Various factors contributed to this difference.Based on the above findings,the concept of acupoints depth was proposed,and the connotation of acupoints depth,the influence factors,the modern anatomical structure of acupoints and the relative classification of acpoints were discussed in this paper,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the appropriate depth of acupuncture and further guide clinical acupuncture.
