摘要
四条隧道平行重叠近接施工的影响越来越明显,需对其进行分析。结合昆明地铁2号线上下重叠盾构隧道区间穿越既有1号线上下交错重叠隧道区段工程实例,根据平面和剖面位置关系,判定外部作业影响等级,提出变形控制标准及相应的工程措施。通过有限元ANSYS数值模拟分析,计算出重叠隧道盾构施工影响邻近运营重叠隧道的位移及内力大小分布,以判断重叠隧道盾构施工是否影响运营隧道的安全性。数值模拟结果表明,2号线重叠隧道盾构施工对1号线运营重叠隧道的影响是可控的。将数值模拟计算结果与监测数据进行对比,两者结果基本一致,表明所提工程措施是可行的,可保证运营隧道的安全,其对类似工程有借鉴作用。
The influence of the construction of four parallel nearby tunnels is become more and more obvious, and a specific research is needed. In this paper, based on the real en- gineering example of Kunming metro Line 2, the influence level of external work is determined according to the position relationship between the plane and sections on Line 1, the deformation control standards and the corresponding engineering measures are put forward. Then, through the finite ANSYS numerical simulation analysis, the level of displacement and the distribution of internal force in overlapped tunnels are calculated, which are caused by the shield construction of the overlapped tunnels nearby. The result of numerical simulation shows that the influence during the construction of overlapped tunnels on Line 2 over Line 1 is controllable. The data from ANSYS analysis basically meets the monitoring data, and the safety of the overlapped tunnels in construction could be ensured. The research will serve as a reference to similar projects.
