视频化案例式教学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床见习中的运用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨视频化案例式教学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习教学中的作用。方法将耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习的70名同学随机数字法分为实验组和对照组。实验组采取视频化案例式教学,对照组采取案例式教学。结果实验组学生成绩及教学满意度明显高于对照组,实验组学生的综合能力评分均显著高于对照组,如技能操作、沟通、创新及合作能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频化案例式教学提高了学生对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的学习效率,增加了学生的学习兴趣,获得了良好的教学效果。 Objective To observe the effect of video case teaching method and Case-based Teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery for undergraduates. Methods A total of 70 undergraduate medical students who practiced in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Each group had 35 students. The experimental group was adopted video case teaching, while the control group received Case-based Teaching. At the end of clinical teaching, the students finished question survey and were examined. Results The scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, such as skill operation, communication, innovation and cooperation ability, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of video case teaching can increase the learning efficiency of otolaryngology head and neck surgery and arise the students' learning enthusiasm, which leads to a good teaching effects at last.
