摘要
本文总结描述了美国、德国、法国、新加坡、中国台湾等发达国家或地区目前社会办医的发展情况,重点从行业竞争、政府投入、资源共享、税收、融资、监管等多个方面,探讨国际上先进国家或地区社会办医的成功经验,以期为进一步探索符合我国国情的社会办医道路提供参考。
The study summaries general development situation of social capital running hospitals in United States, Germany, France, Singapore, Taiwan and other developed countries or regions at present, investigates the advanced countries or regions for the successful experience of social capital running hospitals from the industry competition, the gov- ernment investment, resource sharing, taxation, financing, regulatory, and other aspects, in order to provide the refer ence about further exploring the suitable ways of social capital running hospitals which is suitable to China＇s conditions.
