摘要
英国的国民健康服务体系自成立以来一直在进行变革,始于2011年的新一轮国民健康服务体系改革被认为是英国国民健康服务体系历史上最激进的变革。梳理了国民健康服务体系新一轮改革的历程及改革后的组织构架及相关机构职能,介绍了改革的主要内容及可能引起的变化。
National Health Service in the UK has been reforming ever since its inception. A new round of NHS reform beginning from 2011 is considered to be the most radical in NHS history. The reform process and the new orga- nizational structure and its function after reform are reviewed. The change of the main content of the reform and the changes of it may cause are introduced.
