摘要
目的分析简体中文版儿童生活质量普通适用核心量表4.0(The pediaric quality of life inventory measurement methods,PedsQL4.0)代评式量表在气管切开儿童中的信度和效度。方法选取上海市某三甲儿童医院2011-2014年行气管切开的56名2~18岁的儿童家长和上海市某三甲儿童医院家中有健康儿童的职工47名进行中文版PedsQL 4.0调查,用Cronbach’sα系数表示量表的信度,采用Mannk-Whitney U检验、Spearman秩相关分析其效度。结果中文版PedsQL 4.0家长代评量表全量表、生理领域、心理社会领域的Cronbach’sα分别为0.960、0.939和0.929,表明有较好的内部一致性;气管切开术后儿童的各方面得分均低于正常儿童,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中文版PedsQL 4.0普通适用家长代评量表具有良好的内部一致性;该量表具有较好的区分效度和内容效度,可适用气管切开术后患儿生活质量的评估,尤其是父母代评量表。
Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the pediaric quality of life inventory measurement methods, PedsQL4.0 for children after tracheotomy. Method 56 child parents of children aged 2 to t8 ages old from the year of 2011 to 2014 and 47 staffs with health children in Shanghai children＇s hospital were selected and surveyed by Chinese version of PedsQL4.0. Mann-Whitney U test and Spearman rank correlation analysis were used to analyze its validity. Result The Cronbach＇ s alpha of Chinese version of the PedsQL4.0 parent rating scale, the physio logical and psychosocial domains was 0. 960, 0. 939 and 0. 929, indicating a good internal consistency. The scores of children after tracheotomy were lower than those of normal children, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the pediatric quality of life inventory version 4.0（Chinese version） generic core scales were as good as the original version, and can be used to evaluate the health-related quality of life in children after tracheotomy.
