摘要
过敏性紫癜是一种侵犯皮肤或其他器官的毛细血管及毛细血管后静脉的一种过敏性小血管炎,其特征为非血小板减少的皮肤紫癜,常伴有腹痛、关节痛和肾损害。本病并发症多,复发率高,若不及早诊断、及早治疗,将会导致严重的后果。过敏性紫癜已成为近年来变态反应性疾病的重要研究课题,本文就过敏性紫癜的病因、发病机制、诊断及临床分型、治疗预后的进展情况进行综述。
Anaphylactoid purpura is a kind of allergic vasculitis involving capillary vessel and post-capillary venule of skin and other organs. It is characterized by non thrombocytopenic purpura, often accompanied by abdominal pain, joint pain, and kidney damage. Anaphylactoid purpura has many complications, the recurrence rate is high, if not early diagnosis and early treatment will lead to serious consequences. Therefore, it has become an important research topic in allergic diseases in recent years. This article reviews the progress of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, clinical classification and prognosis of anaphylactoid purpura.
