摘要
以2010年中国24个涉工业源氨氮排放的行业为基础,运用投入产出模型,分析了工业源氨氮排放的行业转移情况。研究发现,金属冶炼及压延加工业,化学工业,纺织业,造纸印刷及文教体育用品制造业等节能减排重点监管行业替电气、机械及器材制造业,通用、专用设备制造业,交通运输设备制造业,通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业等高端制造业承担了较多的排放责任。氨氮排放表现出从下游行业群向上游行业群转移的趋势。建议"十三五"期间,要统筹考虑全国总量控制目标和各行业减排目标以及区域产业发展规划。
Input-output model was employed in this study for the quantitative calculation of the ammonia nitrogen transfer emissions among 24 industrial sectors in China.Results showed that metal smelting and rolling processing,chemical,textile,and paper making and printing beared responsibilities for electrical machinery,general or dedicated equipment,transportation equipment,and communication equipment industries.The roadmap showed ammonia nitrogen transferred from downward industries to upward ones.It was proposed that,during the 13 th Five Year Plan,industrial reducuton plan,regional industry development plan and national total emission reduction plan should be taken into account together.
