摘要
大数据时代的到来,给高校人事档案的管理与利用带来了巨大冲击,提出了新的要求。本文通过对大数据环境下高校人事档案的管理与利用进行认真审视,剖析了大数据环境对高校人事档案管理与利用带来的机遇与挑战。面对大数据的挑战,针对现有高校人事档案管理与利用的特点,进行了若干思考。高校人事档案的管理与利用不能盲目地追求向大数据靠近,需在创新中坚守历史累积下来的优秀经验,并与人事档案利用者分享信息价值。
The arrival of big data era has brought great impact on the management and utilization of personnel archives in colleges and universities and put forward new requirements. This paper studies the management and utilization of university personnel archives in colleges and universities in the big data environment, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by it. In the face of the challenges of big data, the author has done some thinking about the characteristics of personnel archives management and utilization in universities. The management and utilization of university personnel archives can not blindly pursue to be close to big data. Besides innovation it is also necessary to keep the excellent experiences accumulated in history, and to share the information value with the personnel archives users.
