本科护生护理学基础技能课双语教学存在问题分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解护理学基础技能课开展双语教学的效果,探寻存在的主要问题与对策。方法采用自设问卷,在开展护理学基础双语教学的本科护生中进行整群抽样,对2013级和2014级共115名学生进行调查,调查内容主要有学生的公共英语水平、学生对技能课程开展双语教学的基本态度、学生对双语教学效果的评价、学生在双语教学学习中存在的主要问题和教师在双语教学中存在的主要问题。结果在115名被调查学生中,有21.7%的被调查者认为双语教学听懂的百分率不足20.0%。学生认为,影响双语教学效果的主要因素是学生英语能力不够,其中专业词汇缺乏是最突出的障碍。而在教师方面,英语口语与发音问题则是影响双语教学效果的最主要障碍。不同英语水平的学生双语教学的效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双语教学的效果不尽人意,但技能课程中开展双语教学有其优势。加强师资队伍建设,提升教师的英语口语能力,同时采用分层教学的方法是改善双语教学的重要途径。 Objective To investigate the effects and barriers of bilingual teaching in nursing skill courses of Fundamental Nursing.Methods A total of 115 nursing undergraduates in grade 2013 and 2014 were surveyed for their English competency, attitude towards bilingual teaching, assessment on bilingual teaching and problems of students and teachers in bilingual teaching. Results Of the 115 students surveyed, 21.7% of the respondents believed that they only understood 20.0% of the teaching content and students' English competency was the main obstacle for bilingual teaching, especially for their insufficient vocabularies. Meanwhile,teachers' English competency, particularly their oral English and pronunciation were the main influence factors of bilingual teaching.The effect of bilingual teaching varied among students with different English competencies( P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of bilingual teaching is unsatisfactory, but the bilingual teaching plays an important role in nursing skill courses of Fundamental Nursing. Improving teachers' oral English and adopting stratified teaching method are important ways to improve bilingual teaching.
