摘要
目的:观察厚朴麻黄汤对哮喘小鼠肺组织病理学改变及血清IgE、IL-4、IL-13、半胱氨酰白三烯(Cys LTs)水平的影响。方法:60只小鼠分为空白组、模型组、西药组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组和中药高剂量组,每组10只。制备哮喘小鼠模型,中药各治疗组分别给予厚朴麻黄汤(16、32、64 g/kg)进行干预。西药组给予地塞米松(0.3mg/kg)进行干预。实验结束后,光镜下观察各组小鼠肺组织病理学改变,ELISA法检测血清IgE、IL-4、IL-13及CysLTs的水平。结果:中药各治疗组可不同程度地减轻哮喘小鼠的肺组织病理学改变。与模型组相比,中药低、中、高剂量组血清IgE、IL-4、IL-13及Cys LTs水平均降低(P均<0.05);与西药组相比,中药低、中剂量组上述各指标均升高(P均<0.05)。结论:厚朴麻黄汤能够减轻哮喘小鼠肺组织病理学改变,降低血清IgE、IL-4、IL-13及Cys LTs水平,抑制炎症因子产生,从而减轻气道炎症。
Aim: To observe the effects of Houpu Mahuang Decoction on asthmatic mice's lung pathological changes and serum IgE,IL-4,IL-13,cysteinyl leukotrienes( Cys LTs) levels. Methods: A total of 60 mice were allocated into control group,model group,western medicine group,low dose Chinese medicine group,middle dose Chinese medicine group,and high dose Chinese medicine group. The mice model of asthma was prepared. The mice in Chinese medicine groups were given Houpu Mahuang Decoction at high,middle and low doses( 16,32,64 g / kg),and those in western medicine group was given dexamethasone solution( 0. 3 mg / kg). The pathological changes of the lung tissue of the mice were observed. The serum IgE,IL-4,IL-13 and Cys LTs levels were determined by ELISA. Results: The pathological changes of lung tissue of mice in 3Chinese medicine groups improved in different degrees. Compared with the model group,serum IgE,IL-4,IL-13 and Cys LTs levels of the Chinese medicine groups significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). Compared with the western medicine group,the above indexes of the low and middle Chinese medicine groups significantly increased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Houpu Mahuang Decoction could alleviate the pathological changes in lung tissue of asthmatic mice,reduce serum IgE,IL-4,IL-13 and Cys LTs,inhibit inflammatory cytokine production,thereby reducing the airway inflammation.
