摘要
作为目前临床上常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,胰腺癌被公认为恶性程度较高。早期大部分胰腺癌患者无任何临床症状,发现时已经是晚期,因此手术根治性切除率低,加上其早期远处侵犯和转移的生物学特性,导致预后较差。如何改善胰腺癌患者远期生存率已成为国内外医师关心的重要课题,本文主要结合相关文献,就胰腺癌的外科学治疗进展作一综述。
As one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive tract, pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor. Most of the early patients have no clinical symptoms and when the disease is found at an advanced stage, the surgical resection rate is rather low, coupled with its early invasion and metastasis of biological characteristics, the prognosis is very poor. How to improve the long-term survival rate of patients with pancreatic cancer is becoming an important subject for domestic and foreign doctors. We review the relevant literature on the treatment of pancreatic cancer, and sum up the surgical treatment progress on it.
