胰腺中段切除术的要点与技巧 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺中段切除术（Central pancreatectomy，CP）是针对胰腺颈部或体部等中间部分病变的一种术式。1957年，Guillemin等报道了首例CP。1959年，Letton等对2例胰体外伤患者进行了CP，1984年，Dagradi等首次应用cP治疗胰颈部实质内的胰岛素瘤获得成功。此后，CP因其更多地保留了正常胰腺组织，最大程度地保护了胰腺内外分泌功能而受到重视。
