摘要
介绍一种车载钻机摆臂式卸扣器,可适应最大外径为223 mm的钻杆;对卸扣器回转摆臂的截面形状进行优化,使惯性矩IX,IY分别提高了8.14%、5.52%,结构强度和安全系数大幅提高;采用有限元数值仿真方法分析卡瓦座断裂的裂纹扩展方向,将断裂夹角处的角度由50°增大到81°,减小了应力集中,并在卡瓦座端部焊接挡块,将卡瓦的定位方式由3个螺栓固结改成挡块定位固定,既增大了卡瓦座的强度,同时提高了安全性;对优化后的卸扣器开展了多次现场工业性试验,累积施工钻孔15 345 m,拧卸钻具外径范围Φ88.9~Φ203 mm,卸扣器工作稳定可靠,未出现部件失效及断裂现象。
This is to introduce a car-mounted swing-arm type unscrewing device for drilling machines, which is suitable for drill shank’s outside diameter 223 mm max. It has to optinmize section type of the swing arm so as to increase its moment of inertia to IX and IY as to8.14% and 5.52%, respectively, which has upgraded the structural strength and safety factor by far. Besides, finite elements analysis were used to simulate the value to analyze the cracks’ tendency at the bushing block, before increasing the included angle at the cracks from 50° to 81° so as to have decreased the stress concentration there while welding a block at end of the bushing base to modify it to be a block position fixture, both increasing strength of the bushing base and upgrading safety. The unscrew device after optimization has been tested repeatedly on spot with a total drilling footage 15 345 m as operated on the shanks in outside diametersΦ 88.9~Φ 203 mm to have got stable reliability without failures.
