摘要
在对江苏省城市近年来出现的水污染事件及其影响进行综合探析的基础上,通过对城市水污染起因的多视角系统分析,从预警监测、经济结构和产业结构布局调整、水污染防治规划、排污权制度、上下游联动防范以及节水防污意识等方面提出城市水污染防治的相关对策和建议,从而为防止城市水污染事件的再度发生,保障城市安全供水,加快城市社会经济发展步伐提供有利的保障。
On the basis of analyzing impacts of water pollution issues of cities in Jiangsu Province,by sysmatically analyzing cause of water pollution,this paper put up countermeasures to prevent water pollution and secure city water supply safety thus to enhance social economic development. The methods including pre-alarming,adjusting ecomoic and industry structure,planning,setting up pollution emission right system,setting up upstream and downstrem linkage prevention mechanism and establishing minds of saving water and preventing pollution.
