摘要
目的观察并讨论采取聚焦模式对慢性精神分裂症患者认知行为影响的临床疗效分析。方法选取2014年5月~2016年9月来本院治疗的100例慢性精神分裂症患者展开回顾性分析,随机分成观察组和对照组。给予对照组患者临床常规健康宣教护理,观察组患者实行聚焦模式护理。观察并比较两组患者在经过各自护理后的NOSIE-30评分、WHOQOL-100评分。结果两组患者在干预前NOSIE-30评分、WHOQOL-100评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在经过各自组护理后,观察组在社会能力、个人卫生、社会兴趣的因子评分上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在迟缓、临床表现、激动、抑郁的评分上低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组NOSIE-30评分比较差异有统计学意义。观察组WHOQOL-100评分上明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者实施聚焦模式护理具有较高的临床价值,有助于提高患者临床依从性,缓解病情发展,改善患者生活质量,值得加大临床的推广及应用。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of solution-focused approaches to cognitive behavior of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Data of 100 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with clinical routine health education nursing, and patients in observation group were treated with focused nursing.After nursing,the NOSIE- 30 score,WHOQOL-lO0 score of the two groups were observed. Results There were no significant difference on NOSIE-30 score,WHOQOL-100 score between the two groups before intervention（P 〉0.05）.After nursing,the social skills,personal hygiene,social interest factor score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）.Slow,clinical manifestation,excitement,depression score of observation group were lower than those of control group（P 〈0.05）.There had statistically significant differences in NOSIE-30 scores between the two groups. The WHOQOL-100 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）,and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical value of chronic schizophrenia patients has higher nursing implementation focus mode.It can help to improve patients compliance,alleviate the condition,improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application and increase the promotion.
