摘要
目的分析强化式护理在慢性精神分裂症患者住院康复训练中的应用价值。方法选择我院在2017年4月至2019年5月诊治的慢性精神分裂症患者82例进行护理分析,将患者分为研究组和对照组各41例,研究组应用强化式护理,对照组给予常规护理,对比两组患者护理后PANSS、SDSS-1和ADL指标评分。结果研究组患者的各项指标数据均优于对照组,组间数据对比P<0.05。结论在慢性精神分裂症住院患者的康复护理中应用强化式护理可显著提升康复效果,改善疾病症状,提升社会能力,值得应用。
Objective To analyze application value of intensive nursing in inpatient rehabilitation training for chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods Choose 82 cases chronic schizophrenia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 for nursing analysis.Divide them into study group and control group,41 cases in each.Study group was treated with intensive nursing and control group with routine nursing.Compare PANSS,SDSS-1 and ADL index scores of two groups after nursing.Results Data of each index of study group were better than control group,and data comparison between groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion Intensive nursing can significantly improve rehabilitation effect,improve disease symptoms,and enhance social ability in rehabilitation nursing of chronic schizophrenia inpatients,which is worthy of application.
