摘要
目的了解鄂州市医疗机构消毒的工作质量,规范医疗机构感染控制,预防医源性感染的发生。方法按照国家检测标准对医疗机构的环境空气、医护人员手、物体表面、医疗器械(胃镜、牙钻等)及使用中消毒剂进行消毒质量监测,并用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果 2013-2015年鄂州市医疗机构消毒监测样品总数分别为1345份、1623份、1287份,合格率分别为90.3%、91.5%、89.9%,总合格率为90.7%,3年的合格率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=119.14,P>0.05)。使用中消毒液的合格率100.0%,其次为医护人员手和物体表面,空气中细菌含量的合格率最低。结论 3年间鄂州市医疗机构消毒灭菌质量水平较好,但室内空气合格率相对较低,需要加强医疗机构环境空气的消毒管理,解决环境空气消毒灭菌存在的问题,降低医源性感染的几率,提高医疗机构消毒整体质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection of medical institutions in Ezhou city.Standardized the control of the infection of medical institutions and prevent the nosocomial infection.Methods The disinfection efficacy of ambient air in medical institutions,medical personnel hand,surfaces,medical apparatus an instruments（such as gastroscope,dentaldrill,ect） and use disinfectants were monitored according to the national inspection standards.Use the statistical software SPSS 17.0 edition for the statistical analysis.Results The total number of samples of disintection of medical institutions are respectively 1 345,1 623,1 287 from 2013 to 2015 in Ezhou city.The qualified rate are respectively 90.3%,91.5%,89.9%,the total quliified rate is 90.7%.There was no difference among those 3 years’ qualified rate（χ2=119.14,P〉0.05）.The qualified rate of use disinfectants is 100.0%.followed by medical personnel hand and surfaces,the qualified rate of bacteria in the air is the lowest.Conclusion The disinfection sterilization quality level of medical institutions in Ezhou city among these 3 years is satisfied,but the qualified rate of indoor air is relatively low,the strengthening of disinfection and management of ambient air of medical institutions,solving the existing problems in the ambient air’s disinfection and sterilization,reducing the rate of nosocomial infection.improving the whole quality of the disinfection of medical institutions are in dire need of.
