摘要
目的分析广东省医疗机构消毒监测资料,掌握广东省医疗机构消毒工作的状况。方法收集2000～2004年广东省疾病预防控制机构对医疗机构进行消毒监测的数据,并用SPSS统计软件进行分析。通过对不同监测项目监测结果的分析,找出不同级别医疗机构消毒质量的差异。结果2000～2004年,全省医疗机构消毒监测样品总数依次为104352份、151176份、140171份、138138份、132135份,总合格率依次为87.44%、86.42%、88.91%、91.23%、89.91%。市以上、县、镇以下医疗机构消毒监测样品五年总合格率分别为94.10%、93.13%及84.99%,三者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。各类监测样品中以使用中消毒液合格率最高(96.84%),最低为空气中细菌含量(65.32%)。结论应加强空气消毒工作的落实,镇以下医疗机构是今后消毒监测工作的重点。
Objective To determine the quality of disinfection work in hospitals in Guangdong Province. Method Hospitals disinfection records between 2000 and 2004 were collected and analyzed. Result A total of 104352 （in 2000）, 151176 （in 2001）,140171 （in 2002）,138138 （in 2003） and 132135 （in 2004） records were analyzed. The overall eligible rates in 2000～2004 were 87.44%,86.42%, 88.91%, 91.23% and 89.91%. The overall passing rates of hospital in city, hospital in county, and hospital in township were 94.10%, 93.13% and 84.99% respectively. The hospital with a highest eligible rate used disinfectants for disinfection. Conclusion There was a variation in eligible rates among hospitals. The process of air disinfection should be improved. Hospitals in township should be closely monitored in the future.
