摘要
合理的上扣扭矩对石油钻杆接头性能的正常发挥至关重要,上扣是一个动态过程,除了要克服摩擦力,还要有一部分扭矩做的功转化为应变能储存起来。文章在弹性力学理论的基础上分析钻杆接头二维轴对称有限元模型,提出了新的上扣扭矩计算方法,该方法同时将摩擦力和应变能考虑在内,并以NC-38为例进行说明。结果表明,在二维轴对称有限元模型下综合考虑摩擦力和应变能的上扣扭矩计算方法更加精确,该计算方法不仅适用于钻杆螺纹,还可以推广应用到其他形式的螺纹,使用范围广,具有很高的应用价值。
Proper make-up torque is essential for the normal functioning of tool joint. Make-up is a dynamic process,in addition to overcome the friction,a part of the work done by the torque is converted to the strain energy and gets stored. Strain energy stored has an important influence on the make-up torque of the tool joint. In this paper the 2D axisymmetric finite element model of the tool joint is analyzed based on the elasticity theory,a new method to calculate the torque is proposed considering both the friction and strain energy,and NC-38 is taken as an example. The results showed that this method will be more precise,applicable not only to the drill pipe connection thread,but also to other forms of threads,having a wide application range.
