摘要
对钻柱转换接头的断口形貌、金相组织、化学成分和力学性能进行了全面的试验分析,并对其受力状态进行了分析计算。推断出转换接头的断裂原因:在使用过程中存在选型不合理,在弯曲、拉压、扭转、冲击、振动等交变载荷的复合作用下,在危险截面产生疲劳裂纹,从而导致转换接头疲劳断裂。
This paper contains a detailed experiment analysis on the fracture section characteristic, metallographic organization, chemical consists and mechanics property of the drill-stem subs, and performs a set of analysis calculation on the mutative load which putting on the drill-stem subs. Through analysis, this paper deduce the reason that result the drill-stem subs fracture as following: unreasonable selection on the tapes of drill-stem subs,under the action of the bend stress, tension and compress stress, torsion, impac tion and vibration, fatigue crack come into being on the dangerous section, as a final result, the drill-stem subs fatigue fracture.
