摘要
非甾体消炎药属于临床中比较多见的一类解热镇痛药物。虽然此药具有明确的治疗效果，但是不良反应发生率较高，因此受到了广大研究者的关注。怎样提升治疗效果，预防不良反应的出现，是目前该药物研究领域的重点。随着药物基因学、药品不良反应研究、循证医学以及药品经济学等有关学科的进步，对于非甾体消炎药出现不良反应的因素、预防和转归研究也越来越深入，为其在临床中的合理应用提供了有力的科学依据。本文就非甾体消炎药的不良反应研究进展进行综述。
Non-steroid antiinflammatory drugs belong to antipyretic analgesic agents in clinic. The drugs have definite therapeutic effect but high incidence of adverse reactions. With development of pharmacogenetics, evidence-based medicine and pharmacoeconomics, researches on prevention and prognosis of non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs related adverse reactions are getting more and more attention.
