摘要
目的深入了解PICC专科护士的工作体验,以期为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 2016年5-6月,采用目的抽样法,选择山东省内符合纳入条件的11名PICC专科护士为研究对象,采用现象学研究法对其进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi现象学资料7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 PICC专科护士的工作体验可归纳为3个主题:自身的成长与收获;肩负的责任与使命;面临的困难与挑战。结论 PICC专科护理工作促进PICC专科护士不断成长,实现自我价值;强烈的责任感和使命感坚定了他们的职业信念;管理者应规范PICC专科护士的角色和职责,采取相关措施缓解其心理压力,并提供实质性的支持和帮助,以促进PICC专科护理队伍的发展。
Objective To explore the work experience of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）specialized nurses and provide reference for targeted interventions.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 11 PICC specialized nurses from Shandong Province using phenomenological methodology.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇s phenomenological procedure.Results Three major themes were summarized as follows：personal growth and harvest,bearing the responsibility and mission,facing the difficulties and challenges.Conclusions PICC specialized nursing promotes the development of PICC specialized nurses and enhances their sense of responsibility and mission.Administrators should standard the role and responsibility of PICC specialized nurses and provide necessary supports for their development.
